Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Maillow ("Maillow", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Kevin Guerrero, collects, uses, and protects the personal information you provide when you visit this website or sign up for our product waitlist. Maillow is a pre-launch AI email marketing platform. This policy applies only to the waitlist website at this domain. A separate privacy policy will govern the Maillow product when it launches.

We have written this policy to comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and the consumer-privacy statutes adopted by Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other U.S. states. If you are located outside the United States, please contact us before submitting personal information so we can determine whether we can lawfully accept it.

You can use the email address above for any privacy request, including requests to access, correct, or delete your information.

We collect only the information you choose to give us through our forms.

Waitlist registration form. When you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, last name, and email address (required), and, if you choose to provide them, your brokerage name, license type, and an estimated range for the number of contacts you email.

Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect your email address and the contents of the message you write.

CCPA category labels. Using the categories defined in California Civil Code § 1798.140, we collect "identifiers" (name, email) and "professional or employment-related information" (brokerage, license type, estimated contacts). We do not collect any "sensitive personal information" as defined by the CPRA, including Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, government IDs, financial-account information, biometric data, health information, or information about racial or ethnic origin, religion, union membership, or sex life.

Cookies and tracking. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party trackers on this waitlist website. The only cookies that may be set are strictly-necessary cookies used by our hosting framework to operate forms and security features.

We use the information you submit only for the following purposes:

(a) to add you to our waitlist and to manage that waitlist;
(b) to contact you about the launch of the Maillow product and your eligibility to access it;
(c) to send you marketing communications about Maillow, but only when you have given consent by checking the consent box at sign-up;
(d) to respond to messages you send us through the contact form;
(e) to detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of our forms; and
(f) to comply with our legal obligations.

We will not use your information for any other purpose without first asking you. We do not use your information to train any artificial intelligence or machine-learning model.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CPRA. We do not rent or trade your information.

We share your information only with the following service providers, and only as needed to operate the waitlist:

Airtable.Waitlist and contact submissions are stored in Airtable, which acts as our data storage provider. Airtable is contractually limited to processing the data on our behalf. You can read Airtable's privacy practices at airtable.com/company/privacy.

Hosting and infrastructure. We use commercial hosting providers to run this website. These providers process traffic only to deliver the site and do not receive a copy of the personal information you submit through our forms.

We may also disclose information when we are required to do so by law, court order, or valid government request, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

We retain your information for as long as you remain on the waitlist, and for a reasonable period afterward so we can answer questions about your account. When the Maillow product launches and you create a product account, your waitlist record will be merged into your product account and will then be governed by the product's privacy policy. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete it from Airtable within thirty (30) days, except where we are required by law to keep it.

If you are a resident of the United States, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information, regardless of which state you live in:

Right to know. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.

Right to access a copy. You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

Right to correct. You can ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.

Right to delete. You can ask us to delete your personal information. We will do so unless we are required by law to keep it.

Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing for you to opt out of, but you may confirm this with us in writing at any time.

Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised any of these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at Kevin@maillow.com. We will respond within forty-five (45) days. We may ask you to verify your request by replying from the email address you used to sign up, so we can confirm we are giving information to the right person. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, in which case we will ask for written proof of the authorization.

If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction outside the United States, please contact us before submitting personal information. We can assist you in exercising any additional rights you may have under your local law.

We send marketing emails only to people who have checked the consent box on the registration form. Every marketing email we send will include an unsubscribe link and our postal address, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing us at Kevin@maillow.com. We will honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days. Withdrawing marketing consent does not remove you from the waitlist; to be removed from the waitlist, ask us to delete your information.

This website is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of sixteen (16). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under sixteen, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please email us at Kevin@maillow.com.

We rely on Airtable's SOC 2 Type II-audited environment to store waitlist data, restrict access to our Airtable workspace to authorized personnel only, and transmit all form submissions over TLS-encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission or storage is one hundred percent secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post a notice at the top of this page and update the "Last updated" date above. If the change affects how we use personal information that we have already collected from you, we will email you in advance so you can decide whether to remain on the waitlist.
